Anna is a Chicago and North Shore real estate professional with Baird & Warner who brings a strategic, client-centered approach to every transaction. Raised in Evanston and now living in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood, she offers firsthand insight into the city’s most sought-after communities and the features that matter to buyers and sellers.

Before transitioning into real estate, Anna spent her career in executive search, most recently as a Principal in the CEO and Board Practices at True. She previously worked with Heidrick & Struggles, advising Fortune 500 corporations, private equity firms, and venture-backed companies. Guiding leaders through high-stakes decisions required exceptional communication, discretion, and a steady, analytical mindset, all qualities she now brings to her residential clients.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring Chicago coffee shops, staying active through local fitness classes, and taking on home renovation projects.
